As some of you know, I have a fair amount of pain if I void completely. I tried a month on Lyrica, followed by another month on Neurontin, in an attempt to alleviate this pain. Botox Assistance for UI
BTW one of the makers of Botox has a Patient Assistance Program (PAP). They have fairly restricted requirements, but the gist is, if you don't have insurance that covers botox, and have limited income, they might be willing to donate it. They won't pay any of the procedure costs, just the botox. Here's a link... Read more

Guess it's time for a botox update... While it worked, it was not the dramatic success it was that last time I had it done, about 7 months ago. For reasons never explained, she (my doctor) only used 200 units this time. (The last time was 300 units.) At my request, she tried to inject some into my bladder neck to relieve spasming...
