Retention after Botox

Without going into a lot of detail, I've developed UI and spasms after surgery about a year ago. I've finally persuaded my health insurance provider to allow my urologist to try botox. Two weeks ago I had Botox injected into my bladder for incontinence that occured upon standing, like getting out of bed or up from the couch.
