I use Depends.
I have read a lot of posts saying they are not dependable protection,but I wear the ones that say Super Absorbency.
Give them a try.I wear them to bed at night and have had no problems as I did with the regular style called Extra Absorbent.
They do not make noise when you walk and seem to be invisible under my pants.
You could try esternal catheters or the McGuire urinal. I use both and don't have to worry about absorbancy!
I feel the Depend men's pull ups work best for me. I have tried other brands but always end up with problems that I don't care to deal with. Leaking, the pull ups that don't stay in place or much to big even in the small/medium size. I use them during the day and tape on briefs for maximum protection at night. Furthermore, if you can watch the ads in your local newspapers, the Depend brand compares in cost to many of the other brands. Hope this helps.

Money is an issue for me, one of the side problems whenever my incont is bad, as it is again.
I don't disagree that the store brands are the worst, but so far I've been lucky enough to be able to use them with minimal problems, as I do have limited control of my urine....
