I have enjoyed reading Dr. Sobol's comments on incontinence. But she doesn't spell out symptoms.

For instance, what are the symptoms indicating that the kidneys are possibly being
compromised, that there may be a cancer involved in the bladder. Dr. Sobol, can you
address these? (My urologist has merely given me Detrol plus one refill. I don't feel
that he has treated me in sufficient depth.)
