I understand what's going on with me?
I was fine and all for awhile up until now and the only thing I can think of that might've caused it is when I did something stupid awhile back trying to impress my friends as a skater and I ended up racking my genital area as I attempted to grind down a stair rail. Well instead of grinding the rail on my skateboard I ended up gliding down it on my crotch area pretty damn hard and falling off toward the end landing on my butt and backside as well pretty hard. I was in pain for a good 30 mins or so rolling on the ground. I even got a scar and all from the whole ordeal. Well after the pain subsided it took me awhile longer than it had before but eventually I was able to shake it off and scramble gently to my feet. After that I gave up on skating ever again. This was the worst pain I had ever felt before. I was tender down there for about a week but I figured it was cus of what I did. I never had any problems before either and I hate doctors so I chose not to go and so eventually the pain went away and I moved on. Well now I ocassionally get a sharp pain in my butt and it spreads through to the front sometimes like someone is stepping on a nerve to the point of where it makes me stop and keel over slightly and then I leak pee everywhere or sometimes just a little bit. Occassionally I can make it to the bathroom but normally I can't so I've just decided to keep a diaper on most of the time just in case. I would go to the Hospital or a Doctor but I heard that they'll just stick catherers up me for temp resolve while they're doing their tests and I don't like the sound of that one bit and on top of that I've already tried two medications that I got through the mail as a trial for bladder problems but they only made me really sick in the stomach and I was throwing up everywhere. And I'm scared to have surgury cus i've done alot of research online and found alot of bad results about surgury for problems like mine. I don't mind the diapers so much now either but I wish they weren't so expensive but I don't know what else I should do or try or whom to go to.
I would recommend you see a physical therapist or a chiropractor in your area. With a direct fall on your front and back side, as you have described, you may have suffered an injury to your coccyx (tail bone) and/or your SI joint. Both of these injuries can lead to inflammations that can compress on your perineal nerve and effect bladder control. Fixing your alignment and biomechanics may be a great step toward resolving your pain and incontinence issues.
