Q: I have a dead bladder, i there anyway I can get something internal?

im 23, had 2 strokes at 14 caused by Behcets disease.  I have a colostomy and super-pubic catheter.  My strokes left me with full incontinence and a neuropathic bladder.  Im seriously looking to find some sort of surgery which would enable me to get rid of the bag which i have to wear on my lower leg otherwise it won't drain.  Please, please can anyone help?  I have had my catheter since my strokes but my colostomy i can deal with.  I have so many problems with my catheter, its truly unelievable.  I am so depressed with having this catheter, i can't wear what i want, all i wear are trousers to fully cover my bag.  I really need some help as I have been reading up on valves and prostetic badders,  but recently I was told 'more or less nothing will really help you.  You are fully incontinent, have no use of your muscles....)

you may just have to deal with having your catheter.
