ok a few thoughts and a question first id like to point out that where i come from the pacage clearly says adult briefs....not diapers ,adult diapers, nappys, pampers or any other term the adult breif has ben given. i have even ordered adult briefs from out of the us and nowhere does it really use any other term than adult briefs. second wearing a adult brief in my mind is nowhere near cool enjoyable fun or takin be back to my childhood. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!! TO HAVE TO WEAR A ADULT BRIEF!!!!!!! with that being said ill move into my question which will move into many sub questions. and please forgive me on caps and periods im writing this on my moto q. i was trained to use the toilet at the age of 3 and never had a problem doing so till 4 years ago. i cant remember when exactly this became serious but i remember going to go to the bathroom and barely getting their and when i finally went it was like a explosion just fast hard non stop urination. forgive the details but i want you to understand it well so you can hopefully help. So i had my first accident at work and once again....NOT COOL!!!!! I didnt know what to say to the guys i was 30 at the time and people that age dont go to the bathroom in their pants. i work as a chef and kitchens are relentless for heckling and teasing all i could think of to say is that i had too much to drink and clearly needed to go home. i left that job and moved and started a new one to make a long story short it kept happing and getting worse i try to go throughout the day to stop this but it does no good all at once ill have to go and theirs no stoping it. i call it insta-urge. to make matters worse no women in my life for 4 years, no friends, ive moved out of state and started yet another job at yet another resturant. no money most goes to rent phone car insurance for car and adult briefs which are not cheep. ohhhh you can buy walgreens brand or some other genaric WARNING!!!!!! you will pay dearly for going genaric. as with all in this life you get what you pay for and if you dont want to be imbaresed by 10 cooks and 15 waitress all under 25 then believe me youll buy name brand. no medical insurance so no doctor visit to create a 10000.00 bill kinda screwed here any sugjestions will be nice. and if ya cant tell this whole thing is rather embarising.

I agree that it sounds like it could be overactive bladder with urge incontinence. There are several medications available for OAB that might help you tremendously. Of course, you'll have to go to a doctor for the prescription. While it might be costly at first, in the long run, if the medicine helps, you might be able to use far fewer adult briefs and thus actually spend less. To make sure that the doctor you're seeing will be helpful, before you shell out the money for the appointment, make sure you call and ask if they will treat incontinence and overactive bladder. I would think that most urologists would be happy to help you.
