I agree that it sounds like it could be overactive bladder with urge incontinence. There are several medications available for OAB that might help you tremendously. Of course, you'll have to go to a doctor for the prescription. While it might be costly at first, in the long run, if the medicine helps, you might be able to use far fewer adult briefs and thus actually spend less. To make sure that the doctor you're seeing will be helpful, before you shell out the money for the appointment, make sure you call and ask if they will treat incontinence and overactive bladder. I would think that most urologists would be happy to help you.
