You seem to have the symptoms of a condition known as "frequency".  If your frequency is accompanied by an urgent need to empty your bladder it is known as "urgency" and if you also wet your pants you are said to have "urge incontinence".  These are generally symptoms of something else, so you should seek out a physician.  I have struggled with this all of my life, but it has only been in the last 5 years that I was diagnosed with Cauda Equina Syndrome (CES) caused by a small, benign tumor in my lower back.  There's not much I can do about this, but at least I know now.
