Dextrol doesn't seem to be working for me.

I am a 66 year old white male Ihave been taking Dextrol la 4 mg for about 6 months I am not getting the relief from getting up at night every few hours in the daytime I seem to be fine any suggestions.

Let your doctor know about this. Anytime a prescribed medication isn't doing its job, attention and reevaluation is in order (especially because many drugs can have side effects that certainly aren't worth risking if the drug itself isn't even working how it should or was hoped to). Also see:
