I have found CVS and Walgreens to have good prices especially when on sale. More convenient than ordering on line.

I recommend looking around but the best prices I've found were at Vitality Medical's online store.  Here is a link to their incontinence products:

That "depends" (pardon the pun) on what you are looking for.  If you need a better quality/higher absorbency diaper, like a Tena brand, then I would recommend www.yourdiaper.com.  If you just need something for lighter, then walgreens is probably best.  For heavier incontinence products I would suggest www.xpmedical.com
