Q: Dreaming/Incontinence

If you have a sleep test and are found to have a sleep disorder associated with dreaming/incontinence, do you have to use that mask?  I went to a neurologist for this and this Doctor made me feel like I was too lazy to get up and wanted to know if I peed my husband?  With a smirk suggested a Bell Pad (look this up).  I realized this doctor was not going to help me, wanted me to have a CT scan, see a Psychriatist.  Went back to my GYN, she shook her head and said she didn't feel that this was necessary (I agreed).  Where do I go from here?
