Depend, Tena, and several other make protective underwear that range from regular to super plus absorbency. I myself like & use when I need to Tena's pad & pant system with green pad that is super/ overnight protection level. sometimes at night I still use a overnight fitted brief. Fitted brief is Depend overnight, Tranquility's ATN or what I have on hand

Tranquillity premium overnight briefs... I use them as an alternative to attends...especially in a place when I am not able to put on a diaper.. Sometimes... if I wear my addidas nylon pants.. I wear an attends diaper and a tranquillity over top.

If I wet the diaper..  I can leave it in the washroom and I still have my dry pullup

Have you tried the comco"? I like their  super pants for day time and their mega pant for night time now and both hold a lot. You would of course have to wear one of their plastic panties or one of your own over them. I was so happy to get them specially  the magas for night as dont have to have my Mom pin the pins on for me any more so you may want to check them out, They are really thick though.
