can any one recommend a highly absorbent cloth pull up ? has any one ever used the protex brand

i am looking for a highly absorbent cloth pull up for and have been looking on Internet too many to choose from i have had some day time accident in the past but getting more frequent and my Dr. suggest maybe using protection during the day so any suggestion on a good pull up would be…
