Davey, One wears what one needs. If it is a pad that works then wear a pad, only you know what is needed. It isn't hard to figure out. They are called many names, "products", Briefs, absorbant underwear, etc. But they are all still diapers. What varies is the absorbancy and only you know how much protection works (ie: keeps the bed dry or your pants dry). It is nor easy and all I can add is that you will never have a diaper on that is too absorbant but that you will learn. Papa
