What can we do to prevent uretha leakage with a super pubic catheter, I have MS?

I have MS and has had a SPC for years now. For the past couple of years I have been very miserable. I constantly get UTIs which in turn requires me to take anibotics, which we know is not a good thing and I have developed a resistance. With or withour infections, Ie leaks contantly through the urethra becoming completely soaked with urine. I have gone to a couple of urologists and they don't have answers or solutions for me. I have also visited an infectous disease doctor. Also, I am really good about drinking plenty of water, but it doesn't seem to help. Additionally I have a great deal of pressure on my lower back and bowels.  I feel like my quality of life in deminishing. Do you have any suggestions or resources I can explore?  I am in Southern California.  If you can suggest someone in this area  who couls help with this situation, I would appreciate it.
