I had sling surgery over 15 weeks ago. Sometimes it takes me a really long time to urinate before it starts to flow out. When I finally start my bladder was pretty full. Other times I still leak it doesn't make since please explain. thanks

Hi Bellarina,
This is not normal. 2 things spring to mind. Obstruction in the bladder or the tape is too tight. Please go and get a second opinion. You should not be still leaking.
My worry is that if you get a bladder infection or UTI you could be a long time sorting this out. The antibiotics will only fend off the infection for a while, you need to get to the root cause of things now before it escalates.
