Could this be happening because you feel anxious about your doctor's appointment? If so, that's understandable. Anxiety is a known risk factor for incontinence. If your doctor doesn't react or seem concerned about it, maybe that's your answer. But if you're still worried, be sure to talk to her about it.  - MG
