Q: views on the male sling for blatter control

About a year ago I had green light lazer surgery on my prostrate. After serveral months of going through five or more briefs and pads per day, I went to another doctor who

preformed surgery to inject  collagen around the urethra.

This procedure helped with the leakage for some months but

now they are going to try the male sling.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, have you ever thought about using an incontinence clamp? Here's a picture of some:
