JimF I would love to know what information you have, I use the clamp and pads

Prostate removed in 2/04 and never wore a diaper or pad.  Motorcycle accident in 11/07 and spent 5 months with a cath in the hospital and along with a broke back and a burst bladder my spinkter doesn't work more than 10% of the time.  When I'm laying down flat it works ok but even the slightest elevation with pillows under my shoulders and it just runs.  But sometimes I actually have a stream.  Maybe 1 out of every 20 trips to the bathroom.  I was concidering the artificial spincter surgery.  I'm 52 and work full time.  Having a wet pad on most of the day along with the smell of myself is getting hard to deal with.
