Why would a 31 year old man start wetting the bed all of the sudden?

My husband is 31 years old and has started wetting himself any time he falls asleep, weither he is in the bed or just a nap on the couch. He does have high blood pressure, but takes his meds everyday. This just started about a week ago out of the blue! Any help?

how long has he been on the blood pressure meds. & has he been to his doctor about it does he use any type of protection. if not I would suggest that he start right away.
