As a DL who has some experience in the industry, I don't mean to disappoint, but nobody is going to make a Pampers-style product in adult sizes.  there will never be enough demand.  They make regular adult diapers 'cuz something like 50% of adults over 65 have some type of incontinence, Which is a HUGE market, and even many of those products leak all over the place.  Here's what I thinkg is the best alternative: a plastic backed, thick, somewhat crinkly javascript:mctmp(0);productthat is somewhat like a vintage diaper . . . and getting harder and harder (pun intended) to find.  Even the smaller sizes in this Prevail product are now made in the cloth-like outer.  In other words, choices aren't getting better, they are getting worse.  If I'm missing some options please let us know. -- Kella
