Q: i have cloudy urine with little white specks but it does not hurt to urinate
Could be a uti that is cuasing your problem. I would go the doctor & get it checked out
if you pee and you see a stream of it come out and it looks kinda milky then goes away , its likely that you are dehydrated . i asked a nurse about that 2 years ago and thats the answer i got .
