I have to use a catheter during the nite as I am unable to urinate

I am a 52 yr old male and I wake up 3 to 4 times per nite to urinate. It will take me 15 to 20 minutes to be able to go.(at that point I am wide awake as well) If I can not go after 20 to 30 minutes I will have to self cath. I have no issues going during the daytime but my problems start during the nite. I have been to Emery in Atlanta,GA to see specialists, still no help.Could this be related to an antidiureric hormone issue since it happens only at nite? Not getting any where close to a full nites sleep is starting to effect my overall health.... tired, run down, cranky,ect...Any help would be greatly appreicated.
