Q: I have an 11 yr old autistic grandson who has stress incontinence

Because of the stress incontinence when he laughs, he has accidents at school. Any suggestions? He also takes medication to help him sleep and therefore has a bedwetting problem at night. My daughter has tried depends pants with added liners and a seperate pad under him as well.  Sometimes this is not enough and has to change the bed in the middle of the night.  Has anyone else found a better solution? Thanks a lot, any suggestions would be appreciated.

During the night you should try cloth diapers. My son Alexander is a heavy wetter too. He wears cloth diapers and plastic pants to bed and they never leak.  During daytime you can try pull-on cloth diapers.
