Sometimes a general practitioner or gynecologist can be very helpful with diagnosing and treating urinary problems. You can always try calling the office to ask if the doctor is interested in treating incontinence (I know your daughter isn't technically dealing with incontinence, but with this question you'll get a read on how the doctor feels about treating urinary problems). Urogynecologists are wonderful doctors for women to see with urinary issues, but I'm not sure if they treat children or not.
