I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties that you've experienced. To answer your question... although I'm not a doctor or nurse, I don't believe that leg or hip pain in and of itself can actually cause incontinence. However, it is possible that whatever is causing your leg or hip pain is also causing your incontinence.
