i have been taking ciprofloxacin to aid my uti about the 10th of january for 7 days. i have been experiencing side effects such as nausea and joint pains and to top it off is the delayed menstruation for almost a week. i took tests and had 2 negatives. i cannot understand why i still feel some side effects until now even i finished my treatment for almost a week already.   i read that cipro may tend to board in your body for a while (accdg. to wikianswers) that may prolong its side effects and a study from (ehealthme website) showed that such delay is possible. nevertheless im still on search for more reliable articles to answer our question.   Hope to bring clarity in this issue.
