Q: is there a therapy for incontinence as spinal injury result?

hi.i had been paralyzed after car accident in july.2004,which caused a fracture in T12 vertebra ,and a spinal injury .i had underwent to stem cell injection in the place of injury ,in september 2007 in CHINA.tILL NOW THERE IS NO PROGRESS IN MY CASE ,STILL I HAVE NO CONTROL ON BLADDER AND BOWEL MUSCLES.I use permanent catheter to shift urine in its bag ,and want to get rid of it because i am a college student ,21 years old.can you help me to do any surgery to control blaader ?
