Q: Vesicare 5mg,does it matter whether you take this in the morning or evening

I had better luck taking it at bedtime. One of the side effects is blurred vision, and taking it before sleep seemed to lessen this. As far as efficacy for UI, I'm not sure it matters. Keeping a fairly constant level is what it is important.

Hi,

Thank you for your question. As the above post mentions, Vesicar may cause you to have blurred vision. For this reason, it may be beneficial for you to take the medication at night. It shouldn't make a difference in the effectiveness of the medication whether you take it in the morning or at night. If you'd like to read more about Vesicare, you can find information here.
