Hi, Thank you for your question. As the above post mentions, Vesicar may cause you to have blurred vision. For this reason, it may be beneficial for you to take the medication at night. It shouldn't make a difference in the effectiveness of the medication whether you take it in the morning or at night. If you'd like to read more about Vesicare, you can find information here.
