Reply to an Answer

In response to:
I find it highly unlikely that you are required to report such information on your application, or to report it at all unless and until it becomes a problem at your work. At that point, a simple note from your doctor should have cleared the issue up.   Personally, I feel you've suffered a wrongful termination, and I would further suspect that this termination is prohibited under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
