I don't know the laws in this area, but it would seem to me to be out of line for an employer to fire you for failing to share personal medical information. That should be private and confidential.   However, there are things you can do to minimize the impact that the incontinence will have on your job performance. I believe that there are laws dictating how often you must be given restroom breaks. If you bring your products with you to work and change them often enough during those breaks so that you don't experience leakage, then it hopefully won't cause you to miss any more work, and no one has to know about it.   For more information about restroom availability and laws, you might want to contact the American Restroom Association at www.americanrestroom.org.   Stay Dry, Jasmine
