Attends medium or Depends Maxium protection are the best overcounter ones or you can go online order Tranqiulty's ATNs I hope this helps

THE NEW DEPENDS FOR MEN AND OR WOMEM SEEM TO BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB.. i HAVE A 36 WAIST AND THEY SEEM TO DO THE JOB AND TO ME THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE TO WEAR. THESES.. AS FOR DIAPERS. THE ASSURANCE DIAPER IN MED WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD FIT AND SEEM TO BE PRETTY GOOD FOR ME OVERNIGHT.. i CAN GO ALL NIGHT WITHOUT A DIAPER CHANGE..

Regular stores carry diapers, you would take a medium size. Medical supply stores carry a veriety of good diapers. Ask them what they carry.
