Depending on the severity of your incontinence there are several alternatives that I have tried as a result of prostate surgery. I use 4 types of protection: pads or diapers, McGuire urinal, external catheter with leg bag, and the one I like best is the AFEX system by Arcus Medical. It is comfortable and it works unless you need protection at night sleeping. At night you could use Depends diapers. What have you tried so far?

Frank, It all comes down to what makes you most comfortable and secure. And that choice only you can make. For me -5 yrs after surgery - it comes down to diapers. But only YOU can decide your own solution. Papa
