Does wearing diapers lower my sperm count?

I wear diapers and just got my seamen results back,(trying to get wife preganant) and my results wear low sperm count and abnormal shape. Does wearing disposable diapers cause any of this? And if so what are my options, does it matter between cloth and disposable? Any valid input would be greatly...
