I urinate frequently, even when I have not drank anything. I am up 3-4 times a night, sometimes more

After emptying my bladder, if i continue to sit there I may go a couple times more, even though it is very little. As if my bladder is not fully emptying. Had a bladder scan and shows nothing as far as my bladder emptying. Had a urine test, shows a little blood and bacteria but dr...
