Q: I have a bladder problem only when I jump or run. I cannot control it. What could this be from?

Whenever I do jumping jacks, run, or just jump around. I cannot stop from leaking a lot. Will kegels help with this or should I consult a doctor about it/

Hi

I would think that it is stress incontinence & you need to see a doctor about it. They may refer you to a urololgist for diagnosis & treatment.
