I get UTI about 3 times a year,will this effect my in the future, such as kidney failure?

I am only 16 and this has been going on since i was a very little girl. When I was 4 I had to get my ureters dialated. I average about 2 or 3 a year. I went to the doctor just Monday to get checked for a UTI and it turned out to be a very bad kidney infection. My urine was full of…
