In response to:

I had a TURP, (similar to your TUMT) about two years ago and developed urge incontinence after it. My urologist said it happens 10-15% of the time and no one knows why. However, looks like you have additional issues with your spinal nerves. For me, Botox injections help with the urge incontinence.
