Am I the only one that is 26 that still needs diapers and plastic pants at night?

I have been diapered for bed since childhood and still need them at 26. This some times really makes my social life kind of empty and in spite of all of the support from my Mom and family I get lonly at times and wish that I actualy had friends that I could talk to about bedwetting and stuff.
