Q: a have stress incontinence as a complication of mild spina bifida, iam a female in 25years.

some doctors tell me there is no treatment for my case.i have mild spina bifida that lead to stress incontinence .iam tried many ntype of drugs but ther is no result and no compleetly cure just some control to incontinence during sleeping.please i need a drug for this disease without sergical treatment.

There is no drug approved in the U.S. for the treatment of stress incontinence. Currently, the main treatments for this condition are exercises and surgery. I'm not sure if your spina bifida affects your ability to do the pelvic floor exercises, but you might want to talk to your doctor about it. If that's a possibility, perhaps your doc can refer you to physical therapy or biofeedback to help.
