A few months ago I noticed that I had to wear a mini pad because I would leak urine...sometimes more than others. My bladder constanly feels full.

Maria,
A good way to help prevent or reduce urine leakage is to do pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) regularly to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (see info below).
However, if your bladder constantly feels full, you may have a problem that needs to be addressed by a doctor, such as a urinary tract infection or other urinary condition that could require medical treatment. If this is continuing for you, make an appointment with your doctor.
Here's some information on pelvic floor strength and Kegel exercises:

The pelvic tilt exsesize is a good one to start using but I also recomend that there could be more wrong with this leak then you think. depending on age and weight, and health history. you may have a prolaps uterus and this may be causing part of the problem. your bladder may be pusing your uterus down and you urinary track is right there too. and because of all this pushing from the inside, downword, you may be leaking for this reason. go see a garnacologist, and have a personal work up done before any thing else. this could also be a first sign of bigger problems too. don't hassetate get a move on.
