Fitting instructions for McGuire Urinal:  Anom200, here is the best way to get a long-term comfortable fit from your McGuire urinal.  First, do NOT try to cut the sheath because no matter how careful you are and no matter how sharp the razor blade is, you will nick the rubber and the sheath will tear, sooner than later.    So the way you get a comfortable fit without cutting the sheath is to insert your penis into the sheath so that only the head is inside the sheath and the edge of the sheath rests just behind the head.  You do not want the narrow end of the inner sheath to rest somewhere up the penile shaft, so that the sensitive skin is exposed to urine.  To do this, you will need some personal lubricant.  Put on the supporter portion of the urinal.  Smear the lubricant on the head of your penis, reverse the inner sheath about 1/3 of its length, grasp the skin on the penile shaft and pull it up, over the head of your penis (if you are circumcised.)  Insert your penis into the sheath until the skin touches the inside of the sheath and then gently pull the sheath and the skin backwards, toward your abdomen, with one hand while your guide your penis through the narrow opening of the sheath with the other hand on the outer sheath.  Make sure that the inner sheath isn't forming a large, wrinkled "collar" around your penis, but instead comes to a smooth end, just behind the head of your penis.  The lubricant should help you get a smooth fit by coaxing the sheath back and forth until it is smooth.  That's all there is to it.  If the inner sheath seems too tight (to the point that urine won't flow well) this will last for only a day or 2 as the body heat and wear time will relax the latex to the point the fit is very comfortable.   A note about underwear/briefs for McGuire urinal wearers.  The boxer briefs work best because they provide support for the outer sheath and a smooth line under your slacks.  Jockey briefs tend to let the sheath bunch up inside the leg band.  Now all you need is a connection tube and a leg bag.  I have found that the Hollister 9805 pleated leg bag with their wide leg bands is the most comfortable setup.  Good luck and let us know how this works for you.  /Jim
