Q: are there any "depend" type products that have an opening (fly) for a man to wear
Go to Arcus Medical on the internet and consider buying their Afex system. It works for me. However I don't leak at night in bed. This system is for daytime use and I can tell you that I find it most comfortable especially with shorts on the golf course .
