Urinary incontinence is not directly related to a nutritional deficiency, so vitamins may not be helpful in improving bladder control.

Consuming a lot of beverages or foods that irritate the bladder, such as coffee, cola, tea, and chocolate is a risk factor for urge incontinence.

Altering your diet to decrease consumption of thoses foods and beverages may help with urge incontinence. Do you know what type of incontinence you are experiencing? You can learn more about types of incontinence here.

I hope this helps.
