Bladder and bowel incontinant for over 11 years.

I had a motorcycle accident 11 years ago (i was 26) that left me with...

Hello Jeff,

I am both bowel and bladder incontinant so perhaps I can share some advice. To answer the question what diaper is best it all depends on what diaper fits you well, and feels comfortable. Some diapers have fecal barriers, and in my case i only use those at night and I am talking about the MegaCareline brand.  For day use I use the Attends and they seem to work the best.

There is something very important to note, and that is to schedule your bowels. In my case I always use a suppository at night, and 90% or more of the time it keeps me from have bowel movements during the day.

Be careful when you sit down, I know this sounds funny, but in my case I will void with no sensation, so I have this system of checking myself just before I sit down.

Also remember to take Nullo it helps with the odor.
