A supra pubic catheter block with a bladder neck closure.What happens with a paraplegic patient.

We have a client who has just had a SPC inserted ,as well as an elective bladder -neck closure.They have a neurogenic ,dysfunctional bladder.With a bladder neck closure , I presume they are unable to bypass urine in an obvious manner and wonder if any susequent urinary pressure, is reduced in...
