Well after 14 years you are probably at zero potty control.  It is not possible to retrain your bladder because of atrophy and the musles not responding.  If you are heatly otherwise, count your blessings.  I have been in diapers since age 9 and I will be age 50 tomorrow and still in diapers.

When you went back in diapers, did you stop trying and used the diapers for all of your wetting?  Do you have any daytime control or just the diapers only?  I was wetting a lot daytimes and was told I was going to have to wear diapers, and I was put in them and made to wet in them.  Once I was in them, I stopped trying to hold it and would wet anytime and not worry about it.  When given the chance to get back out when school started, I was screwed and couldn't hold it or regrain bladder control.  I ened up with everyone (at school) finding out and I was stuck with Pampers.
