Q: i am a spinal cord injury and have difficuty getting cath in past bladder neck.

If you have had any surgery down there, you might try a coude (bent tip) catheter. I have to cath once a week for infection, and I have to use these. Also I have found it works easiest if my bladder is pretty full. Seems to "open things up" a bit. I've also had a TURP, and this contributes to difficult cathing.
